Bentonite products from Dash-Salakhly deposit are currently used for the following applications: - In metallurgy for iron ore pelletizing;
- In drilling for preparation of drilling fluids;
- In metal casting for foundry sands production;
- In construction for "diaphragm wall" technology and tunneling;
- In pet litter production;
- In sealing and waterproofing products, including bentonite liners, cords etc.;
- In agriculture as animal feed additives, soil improvement products etc.;
- In medicine as a toxins adsorbent.
The plant has a comprehensive quality testing laboratory equipped with modern testing equipment which allows carrying out test in accordance with the international requirements.
